Michael Lee brings over 15 years of litigation and trial experience to his practice. His significant civil litigation knowledge centers around the defense of motor vehicle manufacturers against product liability and warranty claims. He has tried dozens of matters to verdict in courts across California as first and second chair.
Michael routinely handles all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, mediations and depositions. He takes a leadership role on his cases, managing teams of attorneys from beginning up to, and including, trial. He manages a high volume of complex cases, often overseeing over 100 matters simultaneously.
Beyond his primary work in warranty litigation, he has handled other civil matters consisting of complex contract and business disputes. Michael also has experience with healthcare litigation, where he garnered extensive experience handling cases involving healthcare payor/payee disputes and contract negotiations.
Michael is fluent in Japanese and Korean.
