Michael Lee brings over 13 years of litigation and trial experience to his practice. His significant civil litigation knowledge centers around the defense of motor vehicle manufacturers against product liability and warranty claims. He has served as counsel for more than ten original equipment manufacturers and has tried over a dozen matters to verdict in California state courts as first and second chair. In addition, Michael has represented clients in federal cases from inception through to settlement.
Michael routinely handles all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, mediations and depositions. He takes a leadership role on his cases, managing teams of attorneys from beginning up to, and including, trial, often overseeing over 100 matters simultaneously.
Beyond his primary work in warranty litigation, Michael has handled other civil matters consisting of complex contract and business disputes. He brings further credentials in healthcare litigation, a sector where he has handled cases involving healthcare payor/payee disputes and contract negotiations.
Michael is proficient in Korean and Japanese.
