He brings over two decades of litigation experience defending clients in class actions, MDLs, mass and toxic torts, FDA regulation and patent disputes.
Jae’s experience as a medical health professional includes five years spent at UCLA studying traumatic brain injury and cerebrovascular disease. Now, he utilizes his credentials in public health, clinical research, biophysics and medical regulations to advocate for his clients.
When he isn’t defending his clients, Jae dedicates time to his robust pro bono practice. Notably, he led the expert discovery team in Vietnam Veterans of America v. As recognition for his work, Jae has been awarded the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services several times in his career.
