Jessica Garrity is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on individual and mass tort product liability for a diverse group of medical device, motor vehicle and recreational vehicle manufacturers.
In her product liability practice Jessica defends complex regulatory issues, catastrophic injury cases and wrongful death suits. Her automotive and recreational vehicle litigation practice involves a range of defect allegations from handling and stability, roof structures, seat belts, steering systems, to fire origin and brake systems.
She has vast experience developing all aspects of case strategy, including discovery, document analysis and factual investigations. Jessica has conducted numerous critical fact-witness depositions in catastrophic injury cases as well as complex motion practice, including dispositive motions. She also has extensive experience analyzing and evaluating medical records and damages and deposing physicians and other medical professionals.
Jessica has tried more than 35 jury trials to verdict in Florida and Wisconsin, including more than 25 as first chair. She has handled numerous complex evidentiary hearings, including motions to suppress or exclude evidence and expert witnesses.
When she is not hard at work, Jessica is traveling, spending time with her two children and reading a good book – preferably a mystery with plenty of twists and turns.
