Her background as a practicing commercial litigation attorney coupled with extensive experience in all phases of case management give her thorough understanding of the needs and expectations of attorneys, client counsel and vendors. She uses these insights to develop and implement best practices and the latest technology relating to ESI preservation, database management and client services.

Jenifer has worked on the cutting edge of technology as discovery protocols and matter management have evolved in light of ever-changing service offerings, review platforms and the dramatic increases in data volume. Her support of legal teams includes a vast array of cases spanning from patent infringement matters to pharmaceutical product liability cases, in federal and state courts across the nation, and she is well-versed in the heightened protections required to secure protected health information. She has also managed projects for international clients involving the European Union's Data Protection Directive.

Having spent over ten years practicing commercial litigation, Jenifer brings valuable insights on case strategy from the attorney perspective to her position.
