Paul Holzmann is building his practice defending manufacturers in product liability and general liability litigation matters.
Drawing from his experience as a summer associate with Bowman and Brooke, Paul has supported trial teams in depositions, meetings and conferences. He is equally skilled at crafting compelling documents as he is providing top-notch research. He has written and revised case plans and summaries for clients, also developing litigation and discovery strategies with his fellow attorneys.
Paul began his legal career as a Law Clerk for the Riverside City Attorney’s office, developing critical skill in document editing and revision. He created case evaluations highlighting outcome probabilities and case strategies.
He then completed a Judicial Externship for the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson in Santa Ana, California. During which, he cultivated his legal writing acumen by drafting tentative rulings and orders. Specifically, Paul was given the opportunity to draft a complete opinion following a bench trial. He also spent time conducting legal research on behalf of the Judge, as well as reviewing cases and drafting internal documents.
Outside of the office Paul is an avid car, motorcycle and motorsport enthusiast who enjoys cruising around California.
