Danielle Gutierrez focuses her practice on defending some of the largest major automobile manufacturers in complex product liability litigation. She first joined Bowman and Brooke as a summer associate, where she quickly grew into a reliable attorney and a great asset on any case team.
Danielle has significant experience handling all aspects of a case from inception through trial, including discovery, motion practice, jury selection, direct and cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses, exhibit preparation and case management. She also currently serves as national discovery counsel for a major automotive manufacturer in product liability matters and class actions.
In addition to her regular practice, Danielle enjoys mentoring young associates and paralegals. She is also a skilled businesswoman, having founded a real estate education company that has grown exponentially over the years.
