Avinash Gupta is an associate whose practice focuses on life sciences product liability and consumer warranty litigation.
Experienced in commercial litigation, Avinash worked on complex business disputes, class actions, and constitutional litigation in both state and federal court. His experience spans all phases of litigation, including written discovery, dispositive motion practice, case strategy, and trial preparation.
Recognized for his legal writing, Avinash received Chapman University’s Golden Quill Award for Best First-Year Brief and the Outstanding Student Writer Award. He graduated cum laude from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor of the Chapman Law Review.
Outside of work, Avinash enjoys competing in endurance sports including triathlons, marathons and cycling.
