Kieran Fox brings more than 20 years of trial experience across a broad range of industries, with a focus on pharmaceutical product liability defense and business litigation. Throughout his career, Kieran has served as first and second chair counsel in numerous civil litigation matters, including claims involving toxic torts, medical devices, catastrophic loss, personal injury, professional liability, healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial regulatory actions.
Kieran has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial, in both state and federal courts. In his practice, he has briefed and argued summary judgement motions, taken and defended over 100 depositions of plaintiff and fact witnesses and managed complex eDiscovery projects.
In addition to his litigation practice, Kieran advises businesses on risk management issues, including contract development and regulatory compliance. He has drafted and negotiated contracts, while also providing counsel on matters of business formation, mediation and bankruptcy.
Alongside his practice, Kieran enjoys attending concerts with his wife and daughter, playing soccer and ruining golf courses.
