Kieran Fox brings more than 20 years of trial experience across a broad range of industries, with a focus on pharmaceutical product liability defense and business litigation. Throughout his career, Kieran has served as first and second chair counsel in numerous civil litigation matters, including claims involving medical devices, catastrophic loss, personal injury, professional liability and toxic torts.
Kieran has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial, in both state and federal courts. In his practice, he has managed complex eDiscovery projects, briefed and argued summary judgement as well as Rule 702 motions. Kieran has also taken and defended over 100 depositions of experts and witnesses.
In addition to his litigation practice, Kieran advises businesses on risk management issues, including contract development and regulatory compliance. He has drafted and negotiated contracts, while also providing counsel on matters of business formation, mediation and bankruptcy.
Alongside his practice, Kieran is an accomplished speaker who has given several presentations on the intersection of medicine and the law.
