Alexander Egbert’s practice focuses on product liability defense and commercial litigation in the firm’s Appellate and Advanced Motions practice group (AMAG). He defends clients against unreasonable expansions of tort liability in both state and federal courts.

He has experience managing cases across the many phases of litigation. He is especially sought after for his legal research and writing skills in preparing dispositive and other significant motions at the trial level, and party and amicus briefs at the appellate level. In both his written and oral advocacy, he is known for clearly explaining complicated disputes, effectively distilling core issues, and persuasively arguing his clients’ positions.

Alex’s practice is defined by precise and logical analysis, strategic thinking, and clear communication, making him a valued resource to both clients and trial teams in complex litigation matters.

Outside the office, Alex enjoys doing DIY projects around the house, attempting to satiate his insatiable curiosity on almost every topic, painting with oil and watercolor, creating stained glass art, and playing pickleball and tennis.
