Adam Edel is an attorney concentrating his practice defending clients against product and general liability claims in both state and federal court across California.
When it comes to trial defense, Adam is a seasoned attorney with several years of experience representing major vehicle manufacturers in California lemon law matters, and he has filed and litigated over fifty consumer warranty rights cases against vehicle manufacturers. Throughout that process, he has managed discovery matters including the taking and defending of depositions, propounded and responded to written discovery, attended vehicle inspections and written all legal documents including evidentiary motions and dispositive motions.
Adam’s extensive career in trial defense first began after graduating from law school, where he worked for the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. There, he managed and litigated over 250 criminal adult and juvenile cases from pre-filing stage up to trial. He is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing sports, watching movies, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
