Adam Edel focuses his practice on defending clients in product liability and general liability matters in state and federal courts throughout California.
Adam has represented major vehicle manufacturers in more than 200 consumer warranty and California lemon law matters. He has experience serving as both first- and second-chair trial counsel and managing cases from initial pleadings through resolution.
His experience includes taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, attending vehicle inspections and drafting a wide range of litigation documents, including evidentiary and dispositive motions. Clients rely on Adam to develop litigation strategy, manage discovery and efficiently move cases toward trial or resolution.
Adam began his legal career with the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office, where he managed and litigated more than 250 adult and juvenile criminal matters from the pre-filing stage through trial. After gaining experience representing plaintiffs in lemon law matters, he transitioned to manufacturer defense, where he has focused his practice for nearly a decade.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys playing soccer and tennis, traveling and spending time with friends and family. He is an avid sports fan who supports the Lakers, Dodgers and Arsenal F.C.
