With more than 30 years of experience in products liability and personal injury defense litigation, David has grown his practice to include sports equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device manufacturers and healthcare companies. Clients retain David for his extensive experience directing and defending hundreds of personal injury cases throughout Texas and across the country.
David’s litigation experience includes the defense of breast implants, contraceptives, diet drugs, hormone replacement therapy medication, acne medication, nursing homes and other healthcare entities. He also defends sports equipment manufacturers. David has played a key role on national teams for mass tort litigations, and has extensive experience deposing plaintiffs, prescribing physicians, treating physicians and expert witnesses. He has also led the defense of numerous significant national products liability cases.
Beyond his practice, David is active in the local Austin community and volunteers for high school sports organizations.
