Brittany Clarke is an accomplished trial attorney who has represented major transportation companies in high exposure, complex cases. She is known for her creative courtroom tactics and extensive experience in aviation, automotive and aerospace matters. Her work is wide ranging, with further experience defending clients in personal injury, premises liability, anti-discrimination, human rights and breach of treaty litigation. 

With experience in both jury and bench trials, Brittany has represented clients in federal and state courts across America. She has handled cases from discovery through trial and taken full ownership of the litigation process. Specifically, she has taken numerous depositions, drafted motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, argued several dispositive motions and negotiated settlements. Her trial experience includes handling jury selection, conducting direct examinations of expert and fact witnesses, as well as cross examination of plaintiff experts. 

She is a fervent advocate for justice with a wide-ranging skillset. She gives back to her community by tutoring repeat bar examinees and providing food to unhoused individuals. Furthermore, Brittany is a world traveler who enjoys staying active by hiking and doing yoga.
