Nick Carrera is an associate attorney concentrating his practice defending motor vehicle manufacturers in product liability matters. Nick has drafted motions and discovery responses, conducted legal research and analysis and has managed a substantial caseload in a high-volume litigation environment. He has also assisted with hearings, mediations and depositions.
During law school, Nick worked as a paralegal and law clerk, where he gained broad exposure to insurance defense, construction defects, personal injury, probate, corporate and real property matters. During this time, Nick developed a solid foundation for all phases of litigation.
Nick has demonstrated this knowledge in his practice through handling complex matters. For example, he handled a construction defect case with more than 20 parties. Nick also has defended some of the largest automotive corporations in the country from multi-million-dollar commercial liability policies.
Outside of work, Nick is a jack of all trades; he enjoys spending time with friends and family, he is a Warriors superfan, a bourbon collector and he enjoys working out.
