Bryan Reynolds advises clients in complex litigation involving automobile warranty and product liability issues and defends automobile manufacturers in consumer warranty litigation in California.
Bryan has drafted dispositive motions and legal memoranda on breach of contract and bad faith claims and has researched and drafted opinions in complex litigation. He has managed the discovery process through both federal and state courts in California, including propounding and responding to discovery, deposing expert and lay witnesses and drafting discovery motions. Bryan has also researched and drafted appellate briefs on insurance coverage issues for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bryan is fluent in Japanese and, before going to law school, lived in Japan for four years. He worked in sales for a travel marketing company and became a passionate fan of Japanese motorsports.
