Jessica Brown is a trial attorney building her practice in product liability defense litigation and appeals. She has won favorable dispositions in federal trials and on dispositive motions in state and federal courts. She also has experience drafting appellate briefs and negotiating contracts for software and privacy agreements. Before practicing, Jess externed for the Honorable Carl W. Hoffman in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
Jess has published numerous articles for legal magazines and law reviews on emerging technologies. She sits on the inaugural board of the Science and Technology Section of the Nevada Bar.
Outside of the office, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading and watching international films.
