Georgiana Boss represents automotive manufacturers and defends against product liability claims alleging catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She brings nearly a decade of experience representing clients in product liability, mass tort and complex civil litigation in South Florida and New York.
Handling all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial, Georgiana has appeared in both state and federal courts. Having first chaired in more than 30 jury trials, she developed an early reputation for persuasive courtroom advocacy. What began as a teenager drawn to performance and storytelling, she translated to distilling complex issues into compelling narratives, connecting with juries and advancing her client’s position with conviction. She brings energy, practical insight and sharp litigation skills to every matter along with a client-focused approach and the ability to build and challenge a case from multiple angles.
Outside the office she’s passionate about elder advocacy and volunteers with The Volen Center in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a film enthusiast, who hosts an annual Oscar celebration and supports emerging filmmakers.
