Jacinda Béraud represents clients in personal injury, premises and general liability matters. She brings extensive experience in complex litigation in myriad sectors.
She has conducted examinations of expert witnesses under oath, as well as depositions of parties, non-party witnesses, and medical professionals. She’s well versed in drafting motions for summary judgement, motions to dismiss and motions to compel. Additional involvement as lead counsel in mediations and global settlement conferences showcase her breadth of her legal knowledge.
Jacinda started her legal career as a case assistant, quickly moving up to a role as a paralegal. She gained early credentials in legal research and client communication, further honing her all-around knowledge of complex legal matters and gaining valuable perspective on the crucial role of legal support staff.
Outside of work, Jacinda enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with her family, friends and German Shorthaired Pointer.
