Jacinda Béraud represents clients in general liability, automotive defense and personal injury matters. She brings extensive experience in complex litigation in numerous sectors.
She has over six years of experience in general liability, with time spent representing industry-leader insurance companies. Additionally, Jacinda served on defense teams in complex auto accident and insurance defense cases.
She has conducted examinations of expert witnesses under oath, as well as depositions of parties, non-party witnesses, and medical professionals. She is well versed in drafting motions for summary judgment, to dismiss and to compel. Additional involvement as lead counsel in mediations and global settlement conferences showcase the breadth of her legal knowledge.
Jacinda started her legal career as a case assistant, quickly moving up to a role as a paralegal. She gained early credentials in legal research and client communication, further honing her all-around knowledge of complex legal matters and gaining valuable perspective on the crucial role of legal support staff.
Jacinda loves to cook and bake, including creating dishes from scratch. If she isn’t serving her signature sweet potato pie, she is out with friends and family exploring local restaurants and attending shows and sporting events. She also stays active with her German Shorthaired Pointer.
