Originally from France, Élodie Bardon brings hands-on litigation experience and an international perspective to her practice.
Élodie is routinely involved throughout all stages of a case. She is involved in pre-trial preparation, managing discovery and drafting pleadings. Her courtroom experience includes taking and defending depositions and arguing motions in court.
Having spent several years defending Fortune 500 companies in intellectual property (IP) litigation, Élodie built a deep understanding of life sciences, telecommunications, automotive and mechanical engineering concepts. She has managed portfolios of hundreds of patents and trademarks and is trusted to handle high-stakes negotiations on behalf of her clients.
Away from the office, Élodie stays active through swimming, hiking and scuba diving. She has competed in artistic swimming for over two decades both in France and in the United States.
