Miranda Bailey focuses her practice on personal injury and automotive litigation. She brings both a research and trial preparation background for her work on automotive discovery matters. She applies her methodical approach to discovery and her ability to distill complex information into actionable insights for trial teams.

She has prepared clients for depositions and written motions as well as settlement demands. She applies her background in discovery review and legal writing towards cases. One of Miranda’s many strong suits are reviewing and participating in discovery subpoenas to ensure accuracy in information and correct deficiencies. 

Concurrent to completing her J.D., Miranda worked as a law clerk for the Utah Attorney General’s office researching and analyzing case law related to human trafficking and child crime. In addition, Miranda worked as a legal intern for the National Center on Sexual Exploitation advocating for stricter legislation to protect children.     

Community and volunteerism are of the utmost importance to Miranda. She is fluent in Spanish and volunteers to assist Spanish speaking populations with legal matters. She raised funds for a humanitarian trip to Ecuador to build a home for disabled orphans and volunteered as a missionary in Argentina for 18 months.
