Nicole Arcodia represents clients from start to finish in the financial services industry and in challenging complex commercial litigation matters. She is also building her practice in product liability defense within the life sciences sector and in eviction and condemnation actions dealing with commercial tenants.
With broad litigation experience, Nikki has represented clients in federal and state courts and arbitrations, including a bench trial that went to verdict and several complete dismissals in arbitrations that went to final hearing. She has defended fintech companies, financial institutions and other companies in cases involving torts, contract disputes, financial services and solar litigation. Nikki is skilled in legal research and writing, regularly drafting briefs, memos and motions while staying current on legal developments.
Additionally, Nikki was lead on a team that managed pre-litigation and third-party matters for a national financial institution, which included interpleaders, responding to complex creditor attachments and garnishments. Additionally, the team handled all third-party subpoenas for the financial institution, including document, deposition and trial subpoenas. Through that role, Nikki was able to efficiently analyze subpoenas issued throughout the country to determine strategies for response. This included drafting objection letters, reviewing and producing documents, drafting confidentiality orders, preparing witnesses for testimony and defending witnesses.
