Jacquelyn Ager is an experienced attorney focusing her practice on product liability defense, recreational vehicle and automotive warranty defense. She is known for developing tailored defense strategies that are effective, straightforward and comprehensive. She oversees matters from pre-litigation, through discovery and motion practice, to trial preparation and trial assistance. Jacquie works hard to quickly assess and resolve matters concisely through settlement, mediation, and arbitration to minimize losses and strives to keep her clients out of court.
Jacquie has taken and won cases from pre-litigation through state and federal courts, including the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She has served as lead and second-chair litigation counsel in several private and court-mandated arbitrations and mediations. Previously, Jacquie defended physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in professional liability matters and defended and advised employers involved in administrative and civil litigation employment discrimination claims.
In addition to her litigation practice, Jacquie serves as Chair of Bowman and Brooke’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, bringing dedication, vision and a strong commitment to supporting and growing the Firm’s initiatives and core values of celebrating diversity and inclusion of all of its attorneys and staff.
In her free time, Jacquie enjoys spending time with her family, attending Phillies games, and volunteering in various community sports organizations. She has also served as a National Board Member for the Sunshine Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that answers the dreams of children, ages three through eighteen, who have severe or profound physical/developmental/intellectual challenges or trauma from physical/sexual abuse and whose families have limited income for the last 15 years.
