Aimee Adams is a product liability trial lawyer with extensive experience defending major manufacturers of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, theme parks and household appliances. She is well-versed in handling commercial and warranty actions on behalf of motor vehicle manufacturers, having represented them in more than 50 arbitrations before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board. She has represented manufacturers in state and federal court through all phases of litigation and trial. Aimee’s in-depth knowledge of the products she represents has proven to be a valuable asset when conducting depositions of plaintiffs, fact witness, experts and corporate representatives. Her understanding of the law and issues involved in product liability lawsuits has proved invaluable when drafting and arguing dispositive motions, discovery motions, motions in limine, Daubert motions and other pre-trial motions in preparation for trial in a high exposure product liability cases.
