Aimee Adams concentrates her practice on defending Global 500 companies in product liability litigation throughout the country. Her strategic eye, paired with her overarching understanding of the law makes her a crucial role in each case team she is a member of.
Aimee has extensive experience conducting plaintiff, fact witness and expert depositions; arguing various hearings including dispositive and discovery motions; preparing cases for mediation; and drafting motions in limine, Daubert motions, dispositive motions, pre-trial motions and responses to plaintiff’s pre-trial motions as preparation of trial in a high exposure product liability case.
While working to obtain her J.D., Aimee served as a law clerk at a prominent business litigation firm where she conducted legal research and drafted memorandums and pleadings related to complex commercial litigation matters.
Aimee's determination inside and outside of the courtroom and boardroom is reflected in her involvement with NCCC AmeriCorps. In this role, she partnered with the organization, the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and local school districts and non-profits to bring long-term recovery relief to Hurricane Katrina victims.
