Richard L. Stuhlbarg

Biography

Rick Stuhlbarg concentrates his practice on defending manufacturers in product liability claims and commercial disputes. He has also done considerable work in the defense of consumer warranty litigation including claims made under the CLRA and Business and Professions Code 17200.  In defense of product manufacturers, Rick has represented automobile, boat, ATV, elevator, child seat and chemical companies. 

Rick has defended corporations against a wide variety of warranty and product liability claims that include crashworthiness, seat belts, rollovers, airbags and brakes. Some of these cases involve statutory attorney's fees provisions for Plaintiff's counsel.

Rick has lectured at various warranty and products liability conferences including the Orange County Bar Association Product Liability Section and Southern California Manufacturers' Annual Lemon Law Seminar.   He also provides litigation prevention training to his clients.
