In his eight years with Bowman and Brooke, Nicholas Even has served as a paralegal, law clerk and currently as an associate. With his primary focus is automotive product liability litigation, Nicholas has defended cases involving air bag non-deployment, inertial unlatch and seatbacks. He is currently part of the team that serves as lead trial counsel for a major recreational vehicle manufacturing company. He also defends manufacturers of motorcycles, ATVs and watercrafts against consumer warranty claims.
Nicholas has experience in representing major corporations in cases involving personal injury and negligence. In addition to automotive product liability litigation, Nicholas' diverse practice has expanded throughout the years to trucking companies and waste management companies in liability and negligence litigation.
When Nicholas is not defending his clients, he is very active in the community. He received the 2005 Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association Service Award for his pro bono work.
