For the ninth consecutive year, Bowman and Brooke LLP has been ranked as a preeminent product defense firm, according to recently-released 2016 United States rankings from The Legal 500.
The firm, which is nationally recognized for its focus on defending high-stakes product liability and mass tort cases, was again chosen for many honors on the 2016 list, including:
- Maintaining its Top Tier ranking in the Automotive/Transport practice category for the ninth year in a row;
- Ranking in the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices practice category for the fifth consecutive year, and
- Appearing in the Consumer Products list, ranking for the third year in a row.
Firm Chair Paul Cereghini and Executive Managing Partner Vincent Galvin, Jr. were again named to the Automotive Leading Lawyers Spotlight.
Additionally, several individuals were recognized in the rankings. Joel Smith, Nathan Marcusen and Tanya Scarbrough were mentioned in the Automotive/Transport rankings. Those called out for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices included Randall Christian, Julian Senior, Molly Given and Carli Pearson. Carli and Julian were also mentioned in the Consumer Products rankings, along with Robert Wise and Mike Madokoro.
