Executive Managing Partner Tom Branigan is speaking on the "telephone roundtable" regarding product liability issues in relation to automotive Event Data Recorders.
The roundtable participants will discuss the latest data recorder technology and how it effects privacy concerns, and privacy and product liability and evidentiary issues.
This event is put on by the Product Liability Committee's Automotive Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, where Tom Branigan serves as co-chair of the Automotive Subcommittee.
