Bianca Van Deusen is an associate attorney that focuses her practice on product liability litigation. Her passion for defending clients and strong communication skills makes her a great asset on case teams.
Bianca is well-versed in all stages of litigation, with a particular focus on case development, legal research, fact investigation and motion support. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, she worked on complex medical malpractice matters through discovery and preparing them for trial.
At Fordham University School of Law, Bianca was a Notes and Articles Editor for Fordham’s International Law Journal and a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team, where she competed in multiple mock trial competitions and was a finalist in the 2019 Red-Ram Trial Advocacy Challenge.
In her free time, Bianca enjoys learning about Russian and Spanish language as well as practicing photography.
