Suzanne Kersh is a trial attorney focused on defending clients in toxic tort, product liability, general liability, and premises liability litigation – including theme park attractions, rides, and park safety. Suzanne is experienced in handling commercial and warranty actions on behalf of automobile manufacturers and has represented manufacturers in arbitration before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board.
Suzanne has represented companies in state and federal court through all aspects of litigation. Suzanne’s experience has been pivotal in handling the depositions of plaintiffs, fact witnesses, experts and corporate representatives as well as defending clients at mediation. Her understanding of the law has proven valuable in developing trial strategies as well as drafting and arguing discovery motions, dispositive motions, and other pre-trial motions.
Before joining Bowman and Brooke, Suzanne defended companies in California and Florida in all aspects of civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice and product liability.
Outside of the office, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her four French Mastiffs, visiting amusement parks, and traveling.
