Patrick Raue is a seasoned litigator who defends some of the biggest names in the automotive industry, including at trial. He heavily focuses on defense of complex issues related to consumer warranty, lemon law and fraud litigation for automotive manufacturers, particularly in California. In addition, he handles product liability and general negligence defense for clients in multiple jurisdictions. His clients include manufacturers of automobiles, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and off-road vehicles.

Patrick is experienced handling all aspects of litigation, including counseling clients on litigation avoidance strategies, pre-filing negotiations, law and motion writing and argument, discovery, trials and appeals. He has served as lead trial counsel in multiple jury trials in both California and Federal Court and has handled all phases of trial. Patrick has also handled post-trial motions and procedures and appellate work. Patrick strives to resolve every claim for his clients in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible, whether it’s negotiating settlements or seeing a case through to trial.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and finding the best tacos in Baja.
