With over two decades of experience, Michelle Noorani has built her practice as a skilled trial attorney defending high-profile clients in product liability, business litigation, toxic tort and general liability matters nationwide. She currently serves as national discovery counsel for a major automotive manufacturer in product liability matters, representing the client on coordinated discovery issues in both state and federal courts.  

She is actively involved in all areas of the discovery process, including discovery and dispositive motions, drafting case management orders, initial disclosures, discovery requests and responses, and overseeing the entirety of the document collection and review process on large scale document review projects (electronic and paper), including the supervision of document review teams, as well as contract document reviewers. Additionally, Michelle has ample exposure with preparing corporate employees who give testimony in depositions and at trial. Michelle handles written discovery and all phases of fact and expert discovery, legal research, expert depositions and has drafted and argued summary judgement motions and motions in limine.

Michelle has gained the trust of many clients over the years by advising them closely on risk management and case strategy from inception through trial. She has extensive experience representing clients in multiple industries, including automotive, pharmaceutical, equipment and construction.  She has served as second chair on many large product liability cases and confidently managed large annual trial dockets from start to finish. 

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys cooking, baking, traveling around the world and spending time with her husband and two sons.
