John Meyer is an associate attorney with an established practice in high-exposure negligence, general liability and product liability litigation. He has defended a variety of clients in the transportation and consumer products industries on complex civil litigation matters from inception through appeal.

John has aided in resolving high exposure matters via motions practice and favorable settlements for numerous other clients, conducted extensive research into emerging regulatory and statutory developments, advised clients on litigation avoidance strategies and coordinated between national, local counsel and the client in multi-jurisdictional and national litigation. He is well versed in drafting pleadings, arguing motions and summary judgements, written discovery, depositions, case evaluations and preparing cases for mediation.

Outside of the office, John is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys reading a variety of fiction novels.
