Jesse Joslin is an experienced attorney who defends companies involved complex commercial and products liability litigation. He has represented manufacturers and sellers of automotive parts, heavy equipment, animal feed and oil and gas drilling rig components as well as individual and corporate clients in personal injury and wrongful death litigation in state and federal courts, including workplace injuries, construction site injuries, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability claims. 

Whether handling a pre-litigation claim or an active lawsuit, Jesse is a fierce advocate and works tirelessly to serve the best interests of his clients. He has experience through all phases of litigation and is no stranger to the courtroom, having achieved favorable verdicts and wins for his clients at pre-trial hearings and at trial.

Jesse has participated in four jury trials since 2019, during which he conducted direct and cross-examination of non-party witnesses and experts and aided with trial preparation and voir dire. Additionally, he has drafted and argued countless pre-trial motions before Texas courts, including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, motions to quash and motions for protective order.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and his basset hound, exploring the outdoors, travelling, cooking and playing guitar and drums. He is also fluent in Spanish.
