Drew Branigan concentrates his practice on the defense of complex product liability litigation for major automotive manufacturers. His proficiency with technology benefits the firm’s clients as the automotive industry evolves with novel innovations. 

Drew engages in day-to-day case management on teams defending clients in complex advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technology and passive restraint systems litigation, including involvement in a nationwide airbag MDL. He is also involved in two non-traditional vehicle rollover cases. 

Drew’s regular contributions include conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing and responding to discovery, taking fact witness and party depositions, preparing case evaluations, product and scene investigations with experts, and preparing expert witness reports. 

He also provides support on eDiscovery matters and large document productions. Drew’s experience spans federal and state courts across the country.

In his free time, Drew enjoys hiking, swimming, cooking and traveling.
