Jacquelyn Ager is a seasoned litigator focusing her practice on product liability defense and professional liability litigation. Jacquie has taken and won cases from pre-litigation through state and federal courts and even up to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She has served as lead and second chair litigation counsel in several professional malpractice private arbitrations and mediations, as well as second chair in two medical malpractice trials. She strives to resolve matters quickly and concisely through settlement, mediation and arbitration to minimize losses and keep her clients out of court in the first place.
