Aimee Adams is a product liability trial lawyer with extensive experience defending manufacturers of motor vehicles, motorcycles, personal watercrafts, tires, forklifts and household appliances. She has also managed high exposure and wrongful death cases involving medical devices, motor vehicle accidents, negligent security and general liability.
Aimee has experience defending in Florida one of the world's largest medical device manufacturers and other manufacturers in claims related to IVC filters, spinal cord stimulators, implantable cardiac defibrillators and implantable prostheses. She is also well-versed in handling commercial and warranty actions on behalf of motor vehicle manufacturers and has represented manufacturers in more than 50 arbitrations before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board.
She has represented manufacturers in state and federal court through all phases of litigation and trial. Aimee’s in-depth knowledge of the products she represents has proven to be a valuable asset when conducting depositions of plaintiffs, fact witness, experts and corporate representatives. Her understanding of the law and issues involved in product liability lawsuits has proved invaluable when drafting and arguing dispositive motions, discovery motions, motions in limine, Daubert motions and other pre-trial motions in preparation for trial in a high exposure product liability cases. Aimee has successfully represented numerous clients in mediations achieving the best possible settlements on their behalf.
Aimee is a passionate advocate and is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients. She utilizes the determination she gained from being an NCAA All-American swimmer to represent her clients and understands what it means to go the extra mile in each of her cases. She is also a member of Bowman and Brooke’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
