Bowman and Brooke is proud to announce that Minneapolis partner Jennifer Coates has been selected as a 2019 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
(LCLD) Fellow. LCLD is a national organization committed to creating a more diverse legal profession. Launched in 2011, LCLD's landmark Fellows Program identifies high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds and supports them on a path to leadership within their organizations and beyond.
Additionally, Bowman and Brooke associates, Freddy Fonseca and Darren Lee, have been selected as 2019 LCLD Pathfinders. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early career attorneys with the goal of providing practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networking and leadership skills, as well as career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.
Bowman and Brooke has actively supported LCLD since 2011 and has had more than 15 lawyers involved as Fellows or Pathfinders. The firm is a recipient of LCLD’s Top Performer award (2017 and 2018) and Compass award (2018).
