Justin Zayid is an associate who concentrates his practice on complex automotive product liability defense and toxic tort litigation. As a former Bowman and Brooke law clerk, Justin gained a valuable perspective on what it means to provide a formidable defense for his clients.
Justin's current trial practice consists of drafting responsive pleadings, dispositive motions, correspondence and conducting extensive legal research. He is often tasked with preparing pre-trial documents including motions in limine, briefs and jury instructions.
Justin graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School. While pursuing his J.D., Justin was an Executive Board member of the Wayne Law Review, where his article on "365 Children Left Behind" was published and circulated across the nation. As a law student, Justin served as a legal extern for the Honorable Avern Cohn in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and also served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office in the General Crimes Unit (GCU).
Outside of his practice, Justin enjoys spending time with family, working out and attending sporting events.
