Heidi M. Yoshioka


Heidi Yoshioka is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex and high-exposure product liability, premises liability and general liability matters. For more than 25 years she has represented national and international clients in the automotive, vertical transportation, heavy machinery, highway transportation, food product, and hospitality industries. Heidi currently defends the world’s largest communications company in matters of general liability and premises liability.  

Heidi works in collaboration with her clients to serve their business and strategic objectives. Her professional mission is to provide value-based legal services. To this end, Heidi's case management practices are specifically tailored to meet her clients' needs.
Heidi has successfully tried to verdict multi-plaintiff automobile, vertical transportation and premises liability cases. Additionally, she has extensive motion practice experience and has successfully authored and argued motions for summary judgment. She is also experienced deposing experts, parties, and third-party witnesses and defending clients during depositions. Heidi is also the co-leader of the Firm's General Liability Practice Group.

Heidi strives to build and promote diversity in the legal profession through her involvement with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Japanese American Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers Alliance of Los Angeles. She is co-chair of Bowman and Brooke’s Women’s Affinity Group and she is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She has also served as an adjunct professor at her alma mater, Southwestern Law School.
