Kristopher Wohlers is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on product liability litigation as well as general and premises liability litigation. He is a skilled communicator and works tirelessly to resolve his clients’ complex legal matters.
Kris’ attention to detail and passion for advocacy drives his practice as an effective litigator. He has conducted depositions of plaintiffs, treating physicians and other fact witnesses. He is familiar with all written discovery and preparing a case through its final stages of trial. He has experience defending clients, including corporate representatives in depositions, and has also argued substance motions in court and defended against motions made against his clients. Additionally, Kris has appeared at mediations as the sole legal counsel on behalf of various clients.
Kris has worked on a variety of accident cases including automotive, premises, and security. He has also defended first-party insurance claims. He took on a full plate during law school, working as a legal extern for the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida, being a teaching assistant for three different professors and competing on his school’s Advocacy Team, where he specialized in dispute resolution.
Outside of the office, Kris can be found spending quality time with his friends and family and cooking various types of cuisine. He also enjoys working out and is an avid powerlifter.
