Lauren L. Walter


Lauren Walter is an associate defending manufacturer of automotive and commercial products. She manages cases from inception to conclusion, including all elements of discovery and litigation strategy. She has drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions and has conducted civil discovery. Lauren has also retained experts, taken and defended depositions and represented clients in mediations.

Lauren applies her strong writing background in drafting and arguing dispositive motions. As an associate in the firm's Appellate and Advanced Motions practice group, she is a skilled writer and researcher who diligently works to resolve her clients’ complex legal matters.

As a law clerk to Arizona Supreme Court Justice William G. Montgomery, Lauren researched case law and drafted legal memoranda, opinions and orders. She advised on complex issues involving rules of civil procedure, constitutional questions, industry-specific definitions and administrative regulations, criminal law and procedure, and complex jurisdictional questions. 

In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading English literature, raising plants and gardening, watching nature documentaries and cheering on Arizona teams in the NBA, NFL and MLB.
