Stephen Kelley has built a complex practice covering a variety of tort and business litigation matters. He defends corporations in product liability and personal injury cases involving asbestos, chemical and toxic tort matters and the design and manufacture of automobiles, industrial trucks and medical devices. Additionally, he defends clients in large-scale warranty and lemon law matters, employment claims, business disputes, including breach of contract and insurance coverage and credit reporting practices.

Stephen also coordinates extensive discovery management programs for major corporate clients.  He currently serves as national discovery counsel on behalf of a major manufacturer and serves as California asbestos counsel for several leading automobile companies. 

Complementing his experience in the automotive industry, Stephen defends lemon law and warranty claims throughout California.  He represents several manufacturers in a variety of claims, including for electric vehicles.  He also serves as trial counsel.  

He also has extensive experience in complex business litigation defending corporations against fraud, breach of contract, and unfair business competition claims.
