Stephanie Martinez Simm is valued member of the firm’s appellate group. She represents her clients in a wide range of appellate matters in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. Her breadth of experience includes personal injury protection claims, insurance defense, personal injury, product liability and premises liability. 

Stephanie’s extensive experience as an appellate attorney offers her invaluable insight into all areas of both the appellate and trial processes. She is adept at identifying, analyzing and effectively framing issues on appeal, efficiently researching complex issues, drafting pre-trial and post-trial motions, preparing appellate briefs, and presenting oral argument. Stephanie has served as appellate counsel during trial and assists in the preparation of cases for trial, including the development of legal strategy, drafting and arguing of dispositive motions, discovery motions, motions in limine, jury instructions and post-trial motions.

Stephanie is fluent in Spanish.
