Ian has represented multiple corporate clients at trial, including global automotive manufacturers and cargo carriers. He has defended multimillion dollar cases involving claims of product defect, wrongful death, negligence, fraud, and breach of warranty, among others. In addition to his trial practice, Ian spent six years instructing second and third year law students in appellate advocacy as an adjunct professor with the University of San Diego School of Law where he remains active as a volunteer. He also serves on the board of Stripes to Bars, a nonprofit which enables qualified military veterans to earn Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificates. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, as well as playing guitar, live music, traveling, hiking, and shooting sports.
