Roxanna V Gonzalez

Roxy Gonzalez is an associate who focuses her practice on product liability and commercial litigation. Having previously served as a law clerk to a Minnesota Supreme Court Justice, Roxy has extensive experience drafting bench memoranda, court orders, and opinions and assisting in preparation for oral argument and deliberation. In addition, she leverages her science-based undergraduate background to understand the technical and biological intricacies of cases brought against the manufacturers of medical devices and chemicals.

It is Roxy's passion for the complexity of oral argument that makes her a tenacious advocate for her clients. Her experience on the trial advocacy team in law school has trained her to conduct all aspects of a jury trial including opening statement, direct examination, cross examination and closing argument, as well as evidentiary arguments to a judge.

Additionally, Roxy is dedicated to building and promoting diversity in the legal community and beyond, an aspiration she tackles head-on through her memberships with Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association.

Outside of her practice, Roxy enjoys the solace of a good book and spending time with her husband and son.
