Patrick Raue concentrates his practice on product liability litigation across multiple jurisdictions on behalf of automobile, medical device and off-road vehicle manufacturers. He handles all aspects of litigation including pre-filing negotiations, law and motion writing and argument, discovery, trials and appeals. A significant amount of Patrick’s practice involves warranty litigation on behalf of automotive manufacturers.
Patrick previously was a senior associate at a national defense firm, where he gained experience representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. In his positions prior to Bowman and Brooke, Patrick gained significant experience in taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, jury trials, and appellate brief writing and oral arguments.
While obtaining his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, Patrick was an active member of the mock trial team and participated in numerous national competitions. He also served as an extern for the late Magistrate Judge David Bartick in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and served as a legal intern for the City of Chula Vista City Attorney’s office.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys the San Diego weather with his family and searching for the best tacos in Baja.
