Olga Tymouch is an associate focusing her practice on the defense of medical device and automotive manufacturers. As a former summer associate, she has worked on a variety of different litigation matters and has gained valuable insight into understanding her clients’ needs.
Olga has extensive experience with oral advocacy. As a law student, she was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, which advanced to the quarterfinals of competition. Olga was also selected to represent her school at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition in Vienna.
During law school, Olga was a member of the University of Wisconsin Pro Bono Society. She completed over 150 hours of pro bono work, gaining special recognition for her service. Olga regularly represented clients at unemployment-compensation hearings. She also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for a juvenile undergoing trial reunification with a parent, and helped a client appeal his criminal conviction to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Olga draws on her prowess in written and oral advocacy to support her clients in a wide range of matters.
Outside of practicing law, Olga enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with friends and family.
