M. Elliott Neal


Elliott Neal dedicates her practice to defending manufacturers and major corporations in product liability and class action litigation. She delivers strong case management capabilities to defend clients against claims ranging from small exposure and warranty matters to personal injury and mass actions.
In her practice, Elliott is involved in all aspects of the case progression including answering and challenging the sufficiency of complaints, answering and propounding discovery, developing factual and legal defenses, defending and deposing expert witnesses, and preparing and arguing pre-trial motions. Having chaired several nominal exposure trials, and supported numerous high exposure trials, Elliott brings a courtroom ready approach to each case, ensuring her clients are best positioned for success at trial at every phase of litigation.
Elliott is a member of the Board of Young Professionals for Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) and the Metro Richmond Women's Bar Association.
