Diana Miller is an associate practicing in the areas of product liability, general liability and class action litigation. Having previously practiced with a premier claims resolution firm, she brings strong project management skills and a unique perspective on class action litigation to the clients she represents.
In her previous role, Diana worked extensively on claims and settlement administration for several high-profile class actions involving pharmaceutical companies, government agencies and other institutions. She helped to design and oversee multiple settlement programs, and supervised and performed quality assurance for a large amount of claims review.
Throughout the early stages of her career, Diana has shown great passion for civil rights issues through her previous internships with the National Women's Law Center and the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights. She holds a Masters of Public Policy and was a member of the Women's Law Association at the Washington College of Law.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
