Vernon Marsh concentrates his practice on the defense of Global 500 clients in product liability litigation. Vernon brings a passion for defending the design and reputation of his clients' products to every phase of litigation, from the early stages of a claim to trial.
In the early years of his practice, Vernon has developed a strong background in automotive product liability litigation and discovery matters. As part of the national discovery counsel for a well-known motor vehicle manufacturer, Vernon has worked on claims involving roof strength as well as vehicle handling and stability. He has prepared corporate witnesses for deposition and performed extensive document collection, processing and production. Vernon particularly enjoys the process of developing discovery and trial strategies for each case he is assigned.
In addition to his practice, Vernon is passionate about promoting diversity in the legal profession and is active in the firm's Diversity Committee and in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
Vernon received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law before taking up his practice in Florida. While in law school, Vernon worked with a small firm handling probate matters and the administering of the estates.
