Gwendolyn Maass serves as the firm's Director of Business Development. With an extensive background in growing business and leading teams she plays an essential role in the success of the firm's business development strategy.
With an eye for identifying major litigation matters, Gwen's primary responsibility is to bring in new clients to the firm. She is a dynamic leader and skilled communicator focused on providing the firm's attorneys with the information they need to grow their practices. Importantly, she helps ensure that our partnerships are solidly built on a foundation that leads to long-term client satisfaction. Gwen also works with the firm's leadership to ensure that our value proposition continues to evolve in response to the changing needs of our clients and the industries we serve.
Gwen's ability to build lasting client relationships is deeply rooted in the outside perspective she brings to the firm. She previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer of a prominent media agency where she led teams across Client Services, Business Development, Planning and Media Investment. Additionally, she was responsible for articulating and evolving the value proposition to prospective clients and was a key contributor to the agency's explosive growth between 2010 and 2016.
Outside of the office, Gwen and her husband are actively involved in the local youth lacrosse community, where their son serves as a player. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and relaxing with her Black Lab.
